Description
This project saw Topp Constructs gut the existing townhouse to see it re-imagined as a series of efficient spaces for compact living. No millimetre of the footprint was wasted, and the result is an extremely comfortable and functional house for two.
The challenges in construction were typical of many of the projects that we take on; tight access, small work area and high level detail.
Construction period: 22 Weeks
